We choose our manufacturing vendors because their vertically-integrated facilities give us tighter quality control, ensuring fair-wage jobs, and faster turnaround times. When a specialty fiber or color yarn is temporarily unavailable in the U.S. market, our vendors supplement with ethically sourced imports to keep production flowing—always maintaining the same craftsmanship standards you expect. Note from our manufacturer: Most core yarns—cotton, polyester, recycled PET, and many performance blends—can be spun domestically. When niche fibers (e.g., certain organic or specialty slub yarns) are briefly out of stock, we import them to avoid production delays while still cutting and sewing every piece here at home.
